The Trolley Trail

Hemlock Hill Academy is adjacent to the lovely Trolley Trail that is cared for by the Countryside Conservancy. Our students enjoy walking together on the trail in all kinds of weather and observing the various plants and trees surrounding them. We have gone on mushroom and tree walks and will often bring specimens back to the classroom to look at them up close with a magnifying glass or under a microscope.

Physical activity is important for child development, and experiencing the trail with peers will create lasting memories.
